Hello All...

I have a 2009 Richard Black Bushka. I was looking to put it for sale but I'm not sure how much it would go for these days. I do not have pics at the moment, but the cue is pretty good shape with both shafts, plus two predator shafts. Any advise welcome.

Thanks,

DG

Put it on eBay starting at a dollar with no reserve. No guessing game for you or the potential buyer.

Most of the RB Bushka designs tend to be list between the high $1600's to around $2200 from what I've seen

I think this is close.

I would say a little lower, but pretty close.

I would say the extra shafts might be worth $100 each. I would have no interest in them, but some might.

I find selling the extra shafts separately, to keep the price of the Black cue and its shafts lower because you dont have to bump up the price for the extra shafts. I hope this is clear.

Best of rolls,

Ken

a lot will depend on condition.

you stated "pretty good shape" so should we assume not excellent?

straightness is very important and if the shafts have a very minor variance that would not be too bad, however, if the butt has any movement when rolled that would be a much worse problem and would impact the value accordingly. And if the shafts had more than a credit card roll that will affect values.

Less of an issue would be if the finish isn't terrific because that could always be refinished for a couple hundred bucks.

If the cue is in "pretty good" cond finish-wise and all pieces are straight together and apart, I would say the cue would be in the $1400 - $1700 range incl the 2 xtra shafts.

Your bushka reference prob means it's a 4 point veneered cue with notched diamonds and maybe some dots. And maybe some Bushka rings?

l agree that the ebay suggestion is not a bad one.

One just went for $1150 on eBay... what KC described, Bushka rings, notched diamond inlays, two original shafts, looked like the butt cap was replaced... looked like the finish needed help... it did have an It's George case with it....

YMMV...
