I agree that this cue is priced WAAAYYYYY below what it should be.
Here's something I learned when I got a pair of South West's about a year ago. Any South West cue with Gaboon ebony or Tulipwood is an extra $100.
Here is a unique cue made completely out of tulipwood, with a unique joint configuration from a cue maker known for his ability to make a great playing cue.
Let me get this straight...a Rick Howard cue, who many feel is the finest playing cue on the planet...built with beautiful tulipwood & a leather wrap...FOR LESS THAN THE PRICE OF A GOOD SNEAKY...and it hasn't sold? This market/economy is incredibly horrid. Amazing.
