Yes sir! I’m the same. Those spot shots are great practice.Interesting observation. I know I tend to be more accurate when cutting to the right.

Mr. Spot Shot is awesome. I see he only goes for the left pocket. Not for Mr. Spot Shot. 1150 in a row.
This has come up before, I think the record is 11or 12 hundred in a row. Guy didn't miss, just quit and went home.Spot to spot is not that easy.
Sorry, should have the entire thread before posting. This has come up before, I think the record is 11or 12 hundred in a row. Guy didn't miss, just quit and went home.
It's time to take up 3c. Screw those pockets. When I practice shots I miss them in both directions.
Good question. I don’t think it would. Why would the table matter?
Hey Greg. Having a hard time picturing this. If the cueball is on the spot, why would your body get in the way shooting left or right? From Dr Dave's sight, I got Collins drill.

The number 1 shot is a favorite for my left hand VS right hand competition. If a choice is available I prefer the cut that takes the ball to the pocket on the side my body is on...
... as often the forehand side puts the body in conflict with the table. That means the backhand cut with the other hand is a natural stance.
I was thinking of shots that come up in a game situation, not the drill shots. The shots where a player with one shooter hand goes for the crutch. An amphibious (as Yogi called it) shooter can seamlessly switch and have a natural shot with the other hand.Hey Greg. Having a hard time picturing this. OK I found an example from the link in my previous post at 1:36:35.Hey Greg. Having a hard time picturing this. If the cueball is on the spot, why would your body get in the way shooting left or right?

A link to a video about "Spot Shot Kenny" is posted above. At about 2:25 in the video he points out that the actual number was 1250 although his jacket got embroidered as 1150.This has come up before, I think the record is 11or 12 hundred in a row. Guy didn't miss, just quit and went home.
