Ripped off by a pool hall

If it were me I'd beat a couple thousand out of his ass.

Isn't seaglass a less than stellar seller?

Apparently.

I'm working with the state of Delaware to have the rights to seize my property with protection.

I'd rather just have the cash at this point.

Dude has multiple threads about him being a con man. He had 17 itrader and only 2 are negative. Many went out of their way to warn others about him. He a Gold Member...everybody better be careful here. ..Many scammers.

I agree with you, they are trying to screw him over. Also I got a pm from seaglass from a couple months ago, long story short he said are all you people on az stupid. It was about whether or not some cues was straight, he said all his cues went in a lathe, he wouldn't just roll them on a table. He's a sneaky individual, just my opinion.

He hasn't been in AZB since 7/26 so he probably is done here with that username. Then will appear with another to rob more members.

I would say keep pushing forward with that. I went there a few months ago and they were clearly working on being no more.

If anyone goes to First State Billiards in Dover, let me know.

The owner stiffed me out of $775 and I'm not thrilled about it.

I bought his lathe and house cues and then he changed his mind. Won't answer calls. Ducking me since I'm 7 hours away. His broker disappeared from AZ (Seaglass505)

If I get my cash or merchandise I'll edit this post away. I have receipts and am working out legal options for seizure of property. I'd prefer not to have to do that, since DE is a he'll of a drive for me.

Let me know! Thank you!

This crook probably screws who ever he can, Dont give up your pursuit of justice!

Most people he screws probably just takes the bite and all that does is allows this crook to stay in business , dont let this just die, fight fight fight!

I tried to warn everyone about Seaglass505 and called him out, instead I got flamed by his buddies for being a "hater". I am sorry you are having to go through with this but please go after the guilty. It would be nice to finally see someone get what they deserve on here instead of just fade away into the sunset.

yup. He must have thought we were idiots. He got in over his head trying to sell a collection of cues he didn't actually own. It is kinda hard to answer questions about 100 different cues when you don't have possession of them

Sorry too hear that hope all works out for u hate too see another good azer get burned

It is too bad that you maybe weren't around at the time or missed the SeaGlass Business Ethic complaint threads started in his honor. Other wise you would have been warned and got yourself in the other direction.

How can you take a persons money and then change your mind. I guess that in any deal, the seller does have the option of changing his mind but that also includes a refund.

Seaglass made his cut and probably figured that his future selling on AZ was not going to go well.

Anyway, I would round up a couple of Buddies, make a weekend out of it and sit on that D Bags door step until I got what was mine or a refund.

Even if it cost you for gas, motel, food, beer, etc, I would write that one off on making it right for yourself and making either of the D Bags cringe a bit.

But if you take the legal action route, I think he may have a change of heart pretty quick.

Either way, I wish you luck in getting satisfaction on this one Buddy.

Unfortunately, I had paid him before the storms had already started on here. The hall was to close at the end of June, so I paid him to secure the equipment.

The hall owner wanted to stay open another month. I pushed back and gave him 2 more weeks. I had already made plans with a cuemaker to pick everything up and didn't want to keep delaying it.

When the wait was going to be too great, I just pushed for a refund. Seaglass505 offered me a cue to take the place of a refund since the owner wasn't giving him the cash back very quickly.

I accepted the cue offer and then he stalled for a couple more weeks, due to being out of town and such. I just said screw it and wanted my money, and he disappeared. Stopped signing in here the same day, naturally.

Phone number now goes to a weird "not available" message.

I figure he is vamoosed.

If the state can help me, great.

So, did you ever have direct contact with the room owner, or did everything go through seaglass? I understand that he might not have had a bad rep yet at the time, but why was he involved in the first place?

Was made whole today to the penny, no anger needed, just a tidy resolution to a silly problem.

Jimmy disappeared and Seaglass [Mark] took care of me.

Happy this is resolved, and it's good that Seaglass took care of you, however it
always surprises me to hear that Delaware is a big enough state for a pool
hall>>

Hey Pat,

Congratulations on getting your investment back. Too bad it took six months.
