Robinson cues have a nice solid hit to them....Partly because of the joint...A few top players I knew years ago used Robinsons...I have had one and they hit nice...Lot of players are afraid because it looks different, but it's a great cue...:smile:
I agree. I bought my first Robinson in 1966 when I lived in Oakland & John lived in the Bay area. Same joint except back then he used brass instead of the current stainless steel. The hit is as solid as any cue I've owned. whoever buys this cue will be pleasantly surprised.
