How do you rack a game of rotation?

Therefore, the incentive is there to make sure that the balls that move the most are worth the least, ie: the corner balls, 2+3. The 1 is at the head for the same reason it is in 9b.

I always put the 13-ball and 14-ball behind the 15-ball, but this doesn't make much sense, IMO. I think you want separation between the 13-ball, 14-ball, and 15-ball.
For, scoring, each shot, you must contact the lowest numbered ball on the table before you contact any other ball. You get the face-value of the ball. So, a 15-ball is worth 15 pts. A 7-ball is worth 7 pts. First to score 61 point win. Since there are 120 total points, a tie is possible.
