In a game of 9 ball if player A has 1 foul on player B and player B takes another foul because he can not possibly make a good hit on the object ball, will the 2 fouls he has remain against him if player A says I can not make a good hit either and gives ball in hand to Player B. My questions is this: Does a bad hit by Player A erase the 2 fouls Player B has? Or does player B still have to make a good hit to void the 2 fouls he has?

You are making it way more complicated than it really is: 3 consecutive fouls by either player is loss of game(period).
Sometimes balls do get tied up in a manner that it is impossible to make a good hit, the first one to foul from there will also be the first to 3foul, assuming neither disturbs the balls and passes the shot to opponent.
Player b loses in the scenario you present.

Gotta admit, I'd find it awful funny if the guy lost to 3 consecutive fouls with ball in hand. 
Unless player B fouls with ball in hand, he should still be in the game. But player A needs to make a good hit or he will be on two fouls.
Losing on three fouls is a nasty way to lose a game. It has happened to me in a tournament once. I hated it, hated it, hated it. It was the only time I have been a completely poor sport and I am not proud of it. I will deal with it better next time! Haha! (Hope there won't be a next time!)

player could then hit the 7 with ball in hand.
The 'trick' to those situations is being able to make a
bad hit, but where your opponent can not make a ball
or a real good safety with ball in hand with the leave.

Hey,thanks For The Replies. I Saw Hennessee Play/get A Safe On John Hager At 2004 Dcc. Hennessee Played Safe By Shooting The Object Ball Into Another And Leaving The Cueball Behind Another Ball. The Object Rolled Within 1 Inch Of An Obstructing Ball And The Ball He Originally Shot The Ob Into Came Back Up The Rail And Pinned The Ob Between 2 Balls And The Rail Not Leaving A Chance For A Good Hit. Hager Tore It Out To And Received A Foul But Was Smart Enough Not To Leave It There. Thanks!!
