I believe, as you stated in another thread, that you had every intention of not keeping this cue, but instead looked at it as a means to and end, and that end was the snowboard you traded it for only hours after receiving it.

You took an act of kindness and pooped on it.

Yeah...because that was a mature statement. You actually sound like Jeff Forney in his posts. perhaps an IP address investigation will prove out my thoughts.

For the record, there was no Christmas, or Thanksgiving for that matter, at my house. There was no money for it, as car repairs were necessary, and hours at work were cut, due to a falling off of sales.

At least I didn't take a free cue that someone else may have been able to use, and immediately trade it off for a snowboard. You're done here...no one is going to deal with you after this!

Well it seems that a phone call did the job. I spoke with Chris for a few minutes and we agreed.
We were both pissed but we end-up being buddies....can you believe this?!? I hate misunderstandings....I am really sorry.

Now I apologize to you all for this mess. EVERYTHING WENT WELL IN THE END! THANK GOD!

I will appreciate if you guys we'll do the right thing and erase/modify the red rep you gave him. It's not good to have a red stain after he did the right thing.

Lesson learned for all of us....S**t happens all the time!

No....as certain members here trade and flip off cues all the time after receiving them...the difference is there is usually payment or a trade involved.

Of course, I am getting old...so the memory banks may have a glitch or two...Lol!

I believe.........this site should be for those true billiards enthusiasts whether players or cue builders who are passionate about the sport and acts of kindness should always be respected..........I received a few acts of kindness as a newbe here and plan re-pay for those in the future BECAUSE its the right thing to do......doing the right thing is about your character and who you are as a person.....I truly hope this act of kindness you set out to do Devorator does not end this way......to all concerned what do the people who know you really think about you and how would you like to be remembered..... as a stand up guy with integrity or......
