If you email him, he'll give you a low price and tell you he uses Global Shipping. i tried to put a bid, and then retract it, puttin the reason that the auction is a scam, but seems like the ebay form only 3 default reasons can be chosen. i would think this is to protect sellers from pranksters..still i hope the retracted bid i put, can help warn off some bidders ...
