I know Alberto personally for at least 10-15 years.
If he says he didn't receive the cue, you can be sure it is like this.
I think his problem is, that he is very good natured.
When he began buying cues in the US we bought together 4 cues of Martyne at Chalkers.
It then took her, due to moving and some other chaotic circumstances nearly a year to send us the certificates for these cues.
Not one bad word came from him, nothing he just was happily waiting to get the certificates one day...
I get to see all the cues he's buying in ebay, sometimes they are not as described...as so often with ebay, a nick here, a ding there...you all know...
But, does he give negative feedbacks ??? or post any words in any forums...???
So if he starts, and concerning forums and Internet he is absolutely uninterested, posting in here about having a problem with this black creek cue deal, I say you should better believe him !!
@Randall or anybody who knows him: go and throw the cue in a tube and send it to him again, use something trackable the next time so it won't have to endure the risks of normal mail.....
