For all of you anxiously awaiting the opening of Mr. 400's pool room I am pleased to announce to you that the grand opening is now just day's away. John has made many improvements to the former s-bridge billiards. All the tables have been re-covered, new paint, carpet as well as a new decor. More things to come. Also John is planning on having some live entertainment and a new dance floor is almost complete. Soon to be the spot to be in Wheeling, WV. The address is 818 McCullough St. and the new phone number is 304-905-8495 . Give John a call or just stop by you'll be glad you did.

This is awesome and I am very happy for John and happy he has almost got the place how he wants it.

So john not living in FL any longer? I was hoping to catch some play time at 9 mile billards.

Now that's something I never thought I'd see. A pro pool player opening a poolroom and putting a live band and a dance floor in it. Hope it works out for him.

Fast Eddie: No bar?
Cashier: No bar, no pinball machines, no bowling alleys, just pool... nothing else. This is Ames, mister.

Good luck with the new pool room. I hope to visit one day.

I'll second that. One of these days I hope someone decides to give Charleston, SC a shot with a nice pool room. With all the pool players in my area we don't have a good room with 9' tables. We do have a place called Tuckers with 9' tables and it's run by one of the nicest guys around.......

Schmidt's new room

Way to go John - proud of you about getting your own place. Work it yourself and you will do fine.

BUT . . . . . . your name might become Mr. 200. Owning a room is usually plays hell on your game!

Wishing you the best

Mark Griffin and the CSI staff!

MG,
Is that how you became Mr. 3???? (well....I'm actually being too charitable, but it would be just too embarrassing for you to be known as Mr. 1 1/2...I couldn't let that cat out of the bag...just trying to help...).

Best wishes to John. I'm hoping elvicash and I can make a road trip for some straight pool insight.

Congrats John, here is wishing you great success.

You may also want to consider having a live streaming CAM on the main table. Keep awareness up, and make sure the beads or the counter is in view.

Good luck!
