Never seen that type of Schon with brown collars before. Has it been repaired or does it look original?

Tate's Palmer Collector website has the best reference material for early schon info I have been able to find.

Joint ring work like that indicates a very early cue. The inlays in the points and the dice don't quite look right to me. I suppose Runde could have been experimenting at that stage???

It looks like the rings are around the "S" series time period, before the R series even. You don't see too many of these.
