Is there a difference in the feel when you use a standard 5-16-14 Predator 314-2 shaft VS the Predator 314-2 with the Schon piloted joint and logo when using a Schon cue?
None at all.

I've owned both the actual schon pilot, and the aftermarket pilot. If you don't get the actual schon pilot it will rattle itself loose on occasion. I would find myself tightening the joint during my pre shot routine which sucks. Hit will be the same, it will just not be as well put together with the smaller pilot. Big difference imo.
I've had several shafts on my Schon's with a standard 5/16x14 joints
and I've never ever noticed this.
Never, not on one shaft.
And some were not even piloted.
