Man, I tell you what, these Schon cues are no freakin joke. I just got my first one today, and its a beautiful schon from the mid 90's thats near perfect, and I just can't believe how great it feels and shoots. I was told by a guy at the pool hall I go to that it would be a night and day difference between a Schon or Joss, and my old trusty Viking. I didn't believe him, but after hitting it tonight, I now see he was 100% spot on. I know most of you on here already know this, but I just thought I would share my delight with all of you. I might put some pics of it up here soon., because I have no idea what model it is, and its pretty old. :) :) :thumbup:

Hey Snipershot, In the last couple weeks you went to a milk dud tip, (good choice) then to a Schon, (good choice). I hear good things come in threes so you better go buy a lotto ticket. I'll send my contact infor for my referral fee!!

Ive only hit one Joss, and it was great, it was way better than my Viking also, but if I had to say which one hit better, the Schon felt a little more solid on the hit. Actually I am supposed to be getting a new Joss also, but I am afraid this guy is gonna hose me. I bought an old Pechauer and a new Joss on ebay last friday. I got the Pechauer tuesday and that seller was great, but I havent got the Joss from the other guy yet. Im getting alittle heated, he wont return emails or messages, so Im thinking I might have to get ahold of Paypal and see about filing a report or something. And yes , I am super excited! LOL! You gotta understand, I have never had a cue this good, and I feel like a little kid with a new big expensive toy! Im ready to go shoot again! lol!

if you do get burned on that deal be sure to let us know who he is so we can stay away from him.

what tip did your schon come with? congrats it's always good finding a cue that you really like
 
I will FOR SURE let every one on the net know to stay away from this guy. Im gonna give him one more day before I contact Paypal, but I think Im screwed. As for the tip, im not sure, its either a LePro or Triangle. I was told it was a lepro, but this guys opinion is worth about a drop of piss to me, but he ,may be right this time, hehe. Ill get some pics of it, and put it on here soon.

yup, this Schon is by far the best feeling cue Ive ever hit, and I think I was lucky to get it for $400. It would be really hard for me to get rid of this one, hehe. I am trying to sell the Pechauer I got last week though. I wonder if all Schons hit this good. Ive heard that is the case, but I guess I'll just have to get another one to make sure, lol.

Yeah but your schon is one of the best hitting schons on the planet....imo....maybe in all cues...after you let me hit a few with it my schon felt less than it should...early runde era....nice:thumbup:

The butt cap will have a big hand written schon on it and the points are hand spliced not cnc points.....maybe tommy will post a picture of it.....ask him about steve miserak shooting with his schon and almost selling it to steve........I personally think its the most solid hitting cue I have ever hit with
 
I read in another post that there are some cnc pointed Schons out there that were made while Runde was still with Schon though.
 
Ive seen a couple for sale, but just dont know much about em. they hit pretty good eh? I might try one out if I see one for a good price, oh wait, what is a good price for one of those? lol.
