That was partially the reason I posted. Cornerman just posted about the DCC Louie Roberts Award.

I expressed my concerns before he won the reward.

So as JAM noted....We picked him.:angry:

The other reason was I thought it was funny.

I'm not defending Scooter for anything he has done but FWIW, at the time he won the award he was busting a lot of people in Atlanta and the south actually playing pool. Has Scooter been pulling bills at car washes recently? And getting caught? Yes. But the way Scooter gambles he could borrow a hundred, bet the hundred, double up, double up, double up and the next thing you know he may have $20,000 just gambling. He won the Action Award because he gambled his nuts off, plain and simple.

Not sure what pounds of change amount too but the reason Scooter won the Louie Roberts award at DCC is because he bet more than everyone, more often than everyone...He was constantly in action everyday betting high...The way that guy gambles I'm sure he experiences a lot of swings with his bankroll:-)

And he has a long history of doing so at the DCC. I remember 6 or 7 years ago when Shane vs. Alex round 1 was about to begin. Scooter liked Alex, and from what I could see he covered most of the rail by himself. People were packed around that table like sardines, and Scooter ran around the room taking bets from everyone; $25 here, $200 there - he probably had a few dimes in action on that match alone.

If i remember correctly 500 coins wrapped in a box was 35 lbs. so 2 lbs of quarters would be arround 28 bux.
