Good to hear from you Brian.... you told me you have no cash for the refund ...i can understand... but that was one month ago... after that no reply, no PM, no email.... i even propose installment payment if you really short of cash......but still nothing.... at least a reply on the status could make it better. Anyway, i hope you can really clear things up and solve the outstanding issue with me and Chady asap. Cheers!

Sore and others are trying to help... I think it's fair to say they are trying to make AZ Forum a better place for all.... i believe we all don't want to see more posts about bad transactions or complaints in AZ... just my 02 cents...

Lack of communication is a danger to both the sellers and buyers.

Buyers get anxious about what happened to their cues or the whereabouts of the sellers after payment was sent over when there is a lack of communication.

Sellers get questioned and their reputation gets on the line of being tarnished if they never assure their customers well enough or when lack of communication is involved.

Brian, I hope you can get over your financial crisis soon and clear the doubt and debt to Thomson and Chady. Waiting is Boring.. Cheers!! :)

I don't mind waiting 4 or 5 months as long as you have good reasons for that. A friendly reminder won't cost you much time.
Since you said Nov. 17th I will trust you again. Based on our deal, I am expecting to receive a genuine South West cue with an "ORIGINAL" 13mm South West shaft. "ORIGINAL" means it's either initially come with the cue OR it's newly made by Laurie Franklin. You can also choose to send me the butt, order an new shaft from Laurie, and pay out in advance. A shaft made by other cuemaker will not be accepted. I might not be a cue expert but I am pretty confident that I could tell which one is a fake.

You promised Thomsont and poolchady the refund after 17th November but until now no news at all.

C'mon..it's very unfair to them. You really owe everyone an explanation.
 
Brian, I will stop by Laurie's shop shortly. You can simply send the cue to her and I will pick it up at her place. I don't know why it takes long to send the cue.

Brian was at DCC selling cues!!:eek: He is still around!!!

If you guys saw an ebony plain jane SW let me know. :)

Oh, btw, I haven't received the cue yet.
