Scruggsinhand Wanted!!

Here is the update again. Brian traded the plain jane SW to a vendor, which was supposely "sold" to me a couple of months ago. Apparently this is a fraud as he has no intention of sending me the cue nor refunding the money. I will collect all emails and bank transfer information this weekend and seek help from the LA police department to see what they can do about it first thing Monday morning. At the mean time, if you guys ever got his most recent contact info (he might change his phone or address) or actually got the ebony plain jane SW from him, please kindly contact with me through PMs or emails. If any of you guys encountered the same issues with Brian please let me know also. I will put down a list and report to the police as well. Thank you guys for all your help again.

I hope you get your money back. This guy should have been barbecued long ago. You know, there should be a written or unwritten rule here. If you don't get your merchandise or your money back within 1 month, send out the hit man. LOL

I would have been after this flake long ago. It was obvious to me after a short time this guy had no intention of making this right. I don't know his problems or any of the other slime balls and don't really care. There just flakes plain and simple.

At this point, if I were you I would make it my mission and my hobby to prosecute Brain in every legal way possible. You can quite easily get a judgement against him, a large one, and also file a criminal complaint.

He has chosen to be a criminal. You can dog him and he will live like an escaped prisoner, always wondering if he will be found and caught. What a dumb choice he made!
Many states have treble damages for bounced checks and you can also file police reports on them.

Please start off right here and now publishing whatever you know about him, full name, address , age, phone, ect., etc. Get it rolling!

You have been beyond reasonable with this "person."

As Chris indicated do what is required to have him prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

brian WAS seen @ the DCC last week WITH your ebony SW.
he tried to sell it to don sureman.
don was warned that he was a scumbag and didnt do the deal.
he did however sell it to my friend.
my friend knows nothing of this whole story, and has nothing to do with you, but i just wanted you to know the money is now in brian's hands.

Thanks pal. The reason I will have to wait until Monday to report to the police dept. is because I got a huge bill from the hospital and I just got it done this morning. I am an uninsured patient and those "non-profit" guys charged more than 10 grands for a two days stay. I surfed the web and found a good website:

I followed their steps and went there to negotiate and finally cut a good deal. 70% discount!!! Gee! The whole health system is kinda messed up.
Anyway, I will have to talk to the police to determine whether it's appropriate to publish his name, phone number, and address. Brian is using a different email and phone number now.:confused:

The cue might be an important evidance. I don't know how the police gonna do with the cue. I will ask though.
This whole "track down the bad guy" thing starts getting fun for me now. I guess that's why the "MONK" is so popular nowadays.
 
Chady, I hope you get him good!!!! He dicked you around forever about that cue, and then he turns around and sells it...like no one on AZ talks to each other...not a terribly bright individual, I'd say.

Good luck to you, and I wish you all the best. You may try giving your local office of the FBI a call, as they have an Internet Fraud Division. Also, if you sent him funds via snail mail, you need to file a fraud report with the US Postmaster General...it is what they do. When you get the Feds involved, particularly the FBI, he'll get a nice little FBI number that will NEVER go away...ever. He'll be a marked man for the rest of his days.

i met him two years ago at the derby
he bought a case off of me
we talked, showing off each others cues, shooting the breeze
never thought he would be the type to do this
so much for first impressions
or my judge of character
good luck, hope it all works out and you get your cue back
sadly, even then, it probably won't be worth all the hassle you're about to get into​

i agree...... i've been watching this thing in disbeleif for a long time now..... the cue chady was supposed to get- i was gonna buy!! He cut me a deal like chady without the predator.... i just fell into something else and didn't jump... it's all strange how someone who was an active member of this forum could do such a thing... i actually had 3-4 transactions with him and wouldn't have given it a second thought sending cash for that SW... At first i felt in such disbeleif that i thought maybe he was hurt and hospitalized or in jail or some far out reason... then the sightings.... man that is just screwed up.... Chady- i hope you get what is coming to you and Brian if you're secretly watching- i hope you get what's coming to you man.... selling Chady's cue .... that's really F'ed up.... Chady is a stand up person and no way deserves this crap....

Thank you all for helping. I am working on printing out all the messages tonight and will report to the police tomorrow.
 
Wow- So how has this turned out now? Its like a drama- i need to know what happens next! It sucks it had to happen at chady's expense though. I hope you nail this man.

Can anyone post a pic of them with him? I'm curious as to what this rat bastard looks like.

just got a letter from the indiana attorney general and finished filling out the form now. Hopefully they can help.
 
Check this out.... i found this on ebay. This cue looks like the cue Brian/Scruggsinhand promised to send it to me. And he told me it was refinished. But the finishing at the joint still there... he toke my money and never send the cue for refinishing and then never refund my money.
