I'am searching for people that are beeing cheat by Tony Zinzola.
I'am also searching for people that have booked (order) a ceu by Tony Zinzola because the will by cheat in the coming year. Tony is a guy that will not hold his promise. You can order a cue and pay your deposit but he will probable not build your ceu and make a lot of promises.

welcome to az.

that's a rough 1st post.

I would suggest rather than 'searching for people who feel they are being cheated by Tony Zinzola', that you first tell your story.

and btw, my suggestion assumes that you have already tried very hard to work things out with him before posting here.

good luck getting things straightened out.

best,
brian kc

Do a search on proper grammar/spelling first. It might help your postings to make more sense. ;)
Perfect...

"grammar/spelling" is improper use of the English language and so is "make your postings to make more sense"

Based on his syntax, I suspect English is not his 1st language. I do believe however that English is your 1st language, you are just not too good with it. But you are still happy to jump on someone who is just trying to participate.

Welcome Bobbie...
Like KC said, what's the story bud? You will not get many responses based on just rubbing someone... Obviously, he's missed his delivery date or something of that nature? You really need to clarify what's bugging you...
From what I've learned hanging around here is that, NEVER COUNT ON PROMISED DELIVERY TIMES...ever...
Tony has been on here before explaining his current situation regarding cue building and family life...family comes first, then the cues. I too(assuming this is the issue) am waiting on a cue from Tony. I shoot him a message on his build site every couple of months just checking in on things. He usually responds quickly, or within a day or two with news of where he's at with my stick. Supposedly we are close. That could mean a couple of weeks or months...and I have to remind myself to be patient.
The cue will come...
Hang in there man...He's had well over a hundred cues built, and only a few complaints. Man I wish out of every one hundred customers I have, only a few complained...it's ALWAYS something! LOL...

Tony has all of my money and I still have no cue...a lot of promises but still no cue. Igive him the benefit of the doubt...been about 18 months since I ordered. Glad I live about an hour from him as I presume I will be taking a drive to his shop soon to see whats up..to his benefit he has stayed in touch with me throughout this long process

waiting

I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR CLOSE TO 2 YEARS FOR WHAT I HOPE TO BE THE NICEST CUE TONY HAS MADE. I HAVE ALSO GOTTEN A CUE FROM TONY WHICH I ORDERED AFTER THE THE BIGGER CUE WAS ORDERED WHICH BY THE WAY PLAYS LIGHTS OUT AND IS BEAUTIFUL IN WORKMANSHIP. I ORDERED MY CUES BECAUSE TONY IS A TOP NOTCH CUEMAKER HOWEVER CUEMAKING IS NOT AT THE TOP OF HIS LIST OF THINGS TO DO SO AS A CUSTOMER I HAVE TO BE PATIENT. WHAT KEEPS ME PATIENT IS THE FACT THAT I KNOW WHEN I GET MY CUE IT IS GOING TO BE JUST WHAT I WANT. TO THOSE WHO ARE WAITING FORGET ABOUT WHATEVER TONY TELLS YOU AS TO WHEN THE CUE WILL BE DONE AS IT SEEMS THAT WILL NOT HAPPEN FOR WHATEVER REASON. IT SEEMS AS SOMEONE HAS SAID MORE THAN ONCE TIME FRAMES JUST NEVER SEEM TO BE MET IN THIS BUSINESS..... SO TONY DRINK ACOUPLE EXTRA RED BULLS EVERY MORNING STEP UP THE PACE AND LETS START FINISHING UP SOME FINE CUES:thumbup:

i dont think tony gets on here anymore...gl in getting your cue.. in fact i am sure tony has been keeping up with the people who have orders with him but i am sure this will not be the last thread started about delivery time or promised due dates passed by..i just hope the people i introduced and talked to about tonys cues get what they ordered in a timely manner

This issue tony has with being soooo late on all his orders really sux for us guys who are waiting on cues from him because he is driving the value of his cues down with his customer service I beleive. I really hope he gets his crap together cuz he really makes a magnificent cue both lookwise and playwise. As far as skill his talent is godly but he just needs to buck up and get to work man...the excuses are jist ridiculous...and btw..i dont give a rats ass about my grammar, you get the point

zinzola issue?

before i decided to have a cue built,i knew going in that even the best cue builders after setting a time table can have unforseen delays or unanticipated issues.the fact is cue building for these guys is a passion first, and in most cases it is not their primary source of income and unless the builder is a hermit or a loner,he most likely has a family with children or grandkids.so i made some inquiries;how many people, after receiving their cue from tony, regretted keeping and using their cue?not a single complaint here, really check this fact, ask any current owner of a zinzola cue.i did .and consider this ;some of the original owners of zinzola cues, through unforseen circumstances, have had to part with their cues.ask them to describe their sense of regret, none of them are glad about it and i know this too because i asked. so,i am okay when tony tells me after 17 months of waiting, that he had issues with his children or his business or whatever he says because i too have a family and i know that stuff happens.but i look at his work, and i have spoken to his cue owners.i am okay with it

I too have a family ..four kids actually..and own a business. Bottom line is my customers could care less about my problems when I am cashing their checks. Not meeting a delivery date is one thing...missing it by a year is just inexscusable

brother paid 1k deposit waited 5 years no cue asked for deposit back Tony sent 500 deposit back  then 3 months later after repeated requests for the other 500 he finally sent it.

I don't know...

I've got several cues on order (with other cue builders)...and I don't really care when I get them...
...as long as I have good communication from my cue builder...and I get the best cue that he could build, for the money we agreed to.

When I get a ETA from a builder...I usually anticipate that it will take 6 months to even a year longer than quoted...if I get it sooner, then it's a WIN-WIN situation.

Patience...and Passiveness...seem to work pretty good for me...
I guess I've been fortunate...because with my system, I've never had a cue come in late.

Cue

I like the way you think jmr it seems to me that this stuff has been going on with tony for over a year and i would assume that he knows what he has to do to get things on track and i would assume that he has been doing just that so it seems to me that he should be getting caught up to the point of getting all who have ordered cues their cues and then he can start taking more orders and getting back in the good graces of all customers and future customers. I will be on the next round of persons putting in a order for a new zinzola cue .....

Before you ask a question, please break it down so us ignorant folks can understand what the hell your talking about!!!!!!!

Then if you want to drag someone through the dirt save the crap for another forum, another place and time, or another Bat Channel because some one who can't communicate like yourself should fix that before you start a negative thread about some one else!!!!!!!!!!!!!:yeah::kma:

Have a wonderful evening!!!!!
