Selling---Tascarella cue--

Rep

I guess we are all breaking the rules. The first rule is...if you have nothing good to say about someones sale thread...say nothing at all!
I do not understand why after saying he has had zero communication with the op, and had to have his money refunded by paypal, why can't HE leave feedback. If not negative, how about neutral? What does it take for people to speak out against the scammers here?

The Little Red Dots say alot, and this has not been a sale thread for 10 pages or so!I sent some Red dots to him over a Million and I have a few more posts to send more! As soon as I can I will send some to Poolplayer 1714 but both are red for now! If the guy owns the cue he messed up sending it to Scott it will have to go to Pete to make it Tascarella again! Like sending a Szamboti to someone other than Barry or a Balabushka to someone other than Pete! One reason I wasn't interested as well as it was $800 to cheap. I like to pay what it is worth and get what I pay for! But that's me some like to GAMBLE some don't. Ron

I didn't figure it was a gamble because I couldn't lose the money. If he sent me the cue (I figured there was a 8% chance) I would have sent it to Pete to make it a Tasc again and I'd end up with a really pretty Tasc to sell in perfect refinished condition that my investment would be between $2000 and $2250 depending if it needed a complete refinish. I have 2 pals that would have loved to have hit some balls with a Tasc so I would have gotten to be a great friend and then I'd have a cue to sell and I could make a couple of hundred and enhance my AZ rep, win, win, win.

I figured it was a 92% chance and I'd be filing a dispute with my CC company. That's no big deal for me so I thought I'd pop for the cue and see what happened.

When it became a "me first" deal I was glad to bow out.

Thanks again

Kevin

Actually that's not the rule. The rule is not to comment on people's pricing other than to say its a good deal. The part about warning people when we feel like a deal is a scam is just good community service.

I'm sorry you misunderstood about the refund (probably I was unclear) by zero communication with the seller I mean that he didn't eMail me or PM me, he just refunded my money through PayPal, just as I requested. If I had to file a dispute with PayPal to get my money back I would have negative feelings about the guy. Danktrees wanted the cue asked me to let him buy it, I asked the seller to give my money back and he did. None of that makes me feel bad about this guy and that's the extent of dealings I had with him.

As far as the conjecture about him being a scam, I share it. I think the guy is a scam. So do most of everybody that posted on this thread. None of those guys thought their conjecture warranted negative iTrader either, although many thought it merited discussion, which we did.

I also used the thread to teach some folks what little I know about how to operate with PayPal and have received (as of this post ) 11 positive reps for that, So again, other than you misunderstanding what many here have understood, exactly where is it I'm being a bad guy and part of the problem?

Thanks again

Kevin

Read the rules again Kevin: If you are going to post in another's sale or trade thread, if you are knocking their thread, you will received warnings and bans as with regular rule violations.

You have NO right to criticize or complain regarding pictures, prices etc.
Everyone is expected to participate in a civil manner and if there are violations, you may report them anonymously via the "report post " button in the upper right hand corner of each post.

Either buy from an individual or don't but knocking them is not an option.

Look, I did not want to pick a fight with you. I just do not understand why you would not warn others about a potential scammer by the only legitimate method we have here...iTrader. If I thought you were a scammer, without proof, would it be ok for me to express my views in your sale thread? I don't think so! But if I had zero communication with you and had to get a refund from paypal then I think I would have legitimate feedback! Thats all it is Kevin, feedback. In one post you say the man was a "perfect gentleman"...in another post you call his cue a fake and him a scammer. So what is he? That's ALL I want to know! Is he a scammer or a "perfect gentleman"?

You are a big boy you form your own opinion. I've stated exactly what happened with the seller and I in this thread and I won't repeat it.

If you were to charge me as a scammer in one of my selling threads I would challenge what you had to say and I would prove you wrong because I'm not a scammer.

If you think I'm in violation of something in this thread please feel free to report me to AZ.

Thanks for sharing your opinion regarding iTrader, I don't share it and you haven't convinced me.

Thanks again

Kevin

I think a majority of the people posting still are way too good forum members to keep beating the dead horse. Don't let the few flamers bring your level down. Just isn't worth the time spent. We all know who the top notch buyer and sellers are.
