Send Mike Wong to Derby City

I have been practicing barbox 8 ball with my higher deflection Schon shaft with a phenolic tip on it. And no chalk. I have run quite a few racks with it.

Magic Chalk is a scam at the price they charge. 99.9999999999% of miscues are due to bad stroke mechanics, not chalk.

Statistics have shown that when someone calls themselves a C player, they are actually "at least" a B Player :D

Yes, a brilliant scam by selling the best chalk in the world and then selling it for a lot less than stuff that costs several times more that performs a lot less. A whole $3.50 for a cube. Crazy. Less than one beer where I'm from

Of course, you do realize MC is not used just for it's consistency of not miscuing, but for using extreme English, not making a mess on your hands, shaft, table or cue ball, and also for folks that do NOT want to chalk between shots. Also, I save the best for last. It's the ultimate practice chalk. You can practice several racks, and I do mean several, without chalking. Thus, for me, it makes practice a lot more fun when I can shoot multiple racks without chalking. More practice, less chalking, less mess on my table, hands and cue, all for the price of one beer. Actually, you'd be silly not to use it ;)

I only chalk once before the game, and I never have to look for chalk, have to fiddle for my chalk holder, or take my concentration off the game.. I shoot, and then I'm already eyeing my next shot, no break in concentration.

And of course, every box of MC comes with a MONEY BACK GUARANTEE. Not bad for a little scammer like me ;)

You can use scotch tape to protect the paper wrapper and still allow people to see the branding. If you're worried about theft, then I sympathize and understand.

I am still using Magic Chalk, I like to tape it up with electric tape to preserve the wrapper and the longevity of the chalk. I didn't see it as a big deal, it's just a local event. If it's a major event, I'm going to use a brand new piece of chalk, so people can see it. Thank you.

Send me two pieces and if it is the schnizzle, I'll give you more promotion than Mike Wong has given you in 3 months. His mentality that if it was a major event, he would promote it but a local tourney, eh who cares. You really picked a winner.

It is the schnizzle. I'll send you some if RJ doesn't.

das ist güt, ya?

I have no stake in this, but Upstate Al said Mike Wong was practicing when Al came in to set up equipment and much later at night he looked over and Mike was still practicing on same table. So at least he is dedicated. He lost 2 and out 7-6 each time this past weekend but at least one match was against Earl Strickland. That's strong in my book. I don't see him claiming anybody who stakes him or sponsors him should expect him to kick ass and win. He is just trying to better himself. The only thing that looks bad about his post is the fact that he quit his job, but to each their own.

hehehehehehehe.... KK9's prohibiting me from further foreign typing.
vielen danke, mein MC! :rotflmao1:

well, you can come visit me (with KK9 of course) I plan to retire to Berlin in about 6 or 7 years... but things change as they say, but that is the plan "today".

oooohh! then, we could convert to Team EUR! we'd play on 400yr old tables in their abandoned castles. we can milk goats in the Alps, for room & board & eat the finest cheese & drink amazing wine/beer. KK9 & JimmyG can slip Magic Chalk over the Russian border. and if we all get busted, AZB can find us a translator and bail us out!

Sounds like a plan, but I will ALWAYS root for Team USA ;) I might get beat up a little, but a black eye is worth it !!!

Watching the Mosconi Cup is by far the most exciting pool event you can watch, win or lose. It was still a great event to watch. Keeps you on the edge of your seat.

Hope to be there in person next year. My son is already packing his bags as he wants to see England anyways, even if he has to sit through a few days of pool ;)

If you watched any of the Earl match you would have seen the score shouldn't have been that close. He didn't let Mike finish many racks and was dragging 4 and 5 balls a rack. One rack he swept 8 balls....lol

Mike played well-
