Shannon (the cannon) Daulton

You got that right. He plays Efren for the Hot Seat today. So he's guaranteed top three in a star studded field.

Congrats to him. He actually practiced for a few days before he went down there, usually he doesn't take his cue out of the case until the day before an event (like the Players Championship).

Shannon plays extremely well, not a shock at all. I've seen him bank so many balls in a row he put his cue away before he missed cuz he was tired of getting the balls out of the drop pockets. Nice to see him having a good run and he is always always a contender.

I like them both, it will be one of those matches where you
hate to see anyone win or loose (or is it lose) anyway.

Kudo's to both of them, they both have huge heart.

aint that something else??? when you learn young you have such a andvantage over people who start playing when they are 18-22 years old. It like that for me with guns I been shooting since I can remember I can go 6 month without picking up a gun, dosent matter. I can still shoot real good,

lol, Fatboy the marksman? Do you have a shooting range? I used to shoot skeets a long time ago with my dad but haven't picked up a gun in probably 10-12 years.

Daniel,
So true! And amazing.
Shannon has been one of America's finest players for a while now. Plus, he's giving back to the sport and helping it grow with his GS9BT. He's one of my all time favorite players. Tons of heart, loads of talent and mad skill.
I never felt he got the all the credit that he should have had as one of our very best players. I hope he keeps at it and has even better wins ahead!

Shannon once said that "the top players earned the fear that they put in other players who have to play them.' That's a great line.
