it is 19.2 oz unchalked
Schon must be coring their forearms to get an ebony cue down to 19.2ozs. I owned an ebony Schon Ltd a couple of years ago that I really liked the design of but it weighed 20.9ozs with an aluminum weight bolt and I sold it because it was just too heavy for me.

19.2 ozs is great for a cue like this! Good luck with the sale.

The last SP Schon I had, had a cocobolo forearm that was cored. It also had a radial pin and phenolic collars instead of the usual stainless steel. I regret selling it, which is why I want to pick up another cue like this.

Schon Cue

:D :D

I wish I could show how big my smile is on this website :D

I am so over joyed to finally have this wonderful cue in my possession...

I sincerely wish to thank Bill from Cornerstone Custom Cues for his assistance in acquiring such a fine cue....

He has been nothing but helpful in this matter.

The only problems I had were beyond his control, and getting the cue thru Canada Customs...

Thanks Bill for all your assistance, and I look forward to dealing you again in the near future

That's a sweet cue and what a great price. Arcman you did real good, enjoy the cue.

Another excellent Cornerstone transaction.

Schon Cue

I know I did, I can hardly wait to use it in league tonite...

I, also can not wait to recommend Cornerstone Custom Cues to my friends for purchases of higher end cues.

;) :D

I had similar issue with a Ebony LTD. Weighed in over 21.oz with a 314 shaft and a just a hair under that with the Schon.
Sold off the Predator shaft and replaced the aluminium weight bolt with a plastic toilet seat bolt I finally got the cue down to 20.2 ounces....still way to heavy for my tastes.

Hated to sell it. :(

That being said, I love these SP Schons. Fantastic cue for the price. Hope it shoots as good as it looks for you.

i had a schon ltd with the same problem.. it wasnt heavier then 21 ounces though, it only weighed 20.5 , i loved the cue... played great.. just way too heavy for me.. and when i sold it i bought my burl Mottey.. so i moved up in a big way.. but to this day, i miss that cue...

here is a pic! :) the pic isnt mine.. but its the same one i had.. and this pic is the only one i ever seen like it even thought there were 12 made at most..
