I've shipped a few cues overseas with good results. I don't know if ups goes to Singapore but upsp does. You will get a tracking # with a priority shipment but don't expect prompt shipping [from anyone]. Customs going out and customs getting there. It's a slow proccess. As far as getting paid I only use paypal. Its secure and world wide. Hopefully your customer has an account already with a confirmed address. As far as costs go I package the cue and take it to the Post office for an exact amount.. I also suggest buying insurance. Good luck. Don

USPS Express Mail. Wire transfer of funds or fee paid Western Union for payment, unless you know your customer. I'd NEVER accept PayPal on a higher dollar purchase from an unknown overseas (or here) for reasons which should be apparent to anyone who can spell ripped off.

First of all if you got a email out of the blue asking about cues and mentioning payment by credit card and fast shipping BEWARE! Second if you think the person is sincere, ask for payment by Western Union. Ship by post office Express Mail insured and put the cue inside a PVC pipe padded up real good. Then put that insde one of the post offices triangle shaped express boxes or any other good box you can find. Or ship Fed Ex the same way. Insure it fully and you should be fine. If you take Paypal or a Credit Card or a money order and ship fast, then it gets charged back as unauthorized you just lost the cue with nothing you can do about it.
So from Indonesia, All of Africa and Singapore, unless I know the people they have to pay western union.

Im from Singapore, best advice i can give you is go with USPS express, shipping cost $25-40 (for 1-2 cues) or a little more if you are shipping more cues. usps priority is also ok, but takes a little longer, and tracking may sometimes be delayed.

i had 2 packages sent by UPS before, from US to Singapore, 1 had a tracking issue, the other was late in delivery. i had another sent by fedex, cost me $100, delivery was timely but at a wierd time (1030pm) lol. Since then i have not used either for delivery.

I probably have over 50 packages delivered to me in the past year via USPS, none had a problem. ok maybe 1 package had a slight tracking problem because it was via usps priority and shipped close to the christmas season, but got here promptly.

send me an email: onepieceofme@hotmail.com if you need more info.

If the cue has ANY elephant ivory in it...don't even think about going FedEx or UPS...it will likely never leave stateside. They have really begun cracking down on this...and you could face fines and the confiscation of the cue. GONE!!

USPS isn't as bad, yet. I found the stress of shipping overseas to be not worth the potential sale...so, I tend to just not do it anymore. Hell, I stress over it shipping cross country...LoL!
