I would venture to say that Dennis's annual income with tournaments, calcuttas, gambling matches is probably around 100k a year. Per the contract, that's 50k a year that French would not be getting. People sue for much, much less than that!

I agree, but on top of that it's just something more that's going to keep the top players from overseas from either coming here or returning here to ply their craft. All around an unfortunate and embarrassing situation.

I'm remembering all the people who touted French as being a positive enthusiastic force in pool-especially ANYONE who heard him on the mic during the KO/DO match.
