I'm a tournament player and I am looking for a new playing cue. I want it to be great for playing(Not like high-end Predators, but still high quality) and keep it a long time. I am also looking for the price range of up to around 350$. I was looking at some Viking cues and found many in this price range. What do you think? Here are some of the ones I like(In random order):
http://billiardwarehouse.com/cues/viking/viking_v105-bl_pool_cue.htm
http://billiardwarehouse.com/cues/viking/viking_v114-bluestain_pool_cue.htm
http://billiardwarehouse.com/cues/viking/viking_v123-BL_pool_cue.htm
http://billiardwarehouse.com/cues/viking/viking_v129-BL_pool_cue.htm
And also a deal I found where you get a free break cue:
http://billiardwarehouse.com/cues/viking/viking_ltd-se50-red_pool_cue.htm
Is that break cue good? I already have a break/jump though, but since it's a bonus... hehe =P...
I know a lot of the extra money goes for decorations in these Viking cues, but what do you think of the quality and performance of these? Have you tried any Viking cues before?
Any other cue brands you would recommend that meet these criteria in terms of price and quality?
Good Luck,
George
