Shouldn't 1 Pocket Be A Game Better Viewed By Looking Down On The Table More Often Than Other Games, To Help Viewers Learn The Game?
You can say that about every pool game when it comes to learning. Not all streamers are able to provide that view. A place like Sharks is set-up for it whereas traveling streamers often have no way of giving the overhead shot.Shouldn't 1 Pocket Be A Game Better Viewed By Looking Down On The Table More Often Than Other Games, To Help Viewers Learn The Game?
Problem with seeing golf shots on tv. The lens curvature makes shots appear to do things they aren't. For pool to appear right the camera has to be carefully placed. That being said any overhead view is helpful as far as learning 1p moves.Agree totally. The problem seems to be the lenses can't do it right.
Keeping the target audience happy is important, but on the other hand, tournaments and gambling matches aren't being made as instructional videos. I suspect the best way to learn, is to stop watching videos, and start practicing more.
I'm not discounting the value of education. I have learned a lot from books and videos, and own quite a few.Education, particularly pool related education is where you find it. Books, videos, and on the table. Got to learn what you find. First you learn, then you practice to be able to execute what you learned.
Who's gonna pay for that?Shouldn't 1 Pocket Be A Game Better Viewed By Looking Down On The Table More Often Than Other Games, To Help Viewers Learn The Game?
What I'm trying to see is, Selling the game to nonplayers the world over... I see on this forum that now one pocket is going to Europe... Had all on this forum rather 1p be just a pool players game and not involve the non pool player... I myself have never favored the game, not good enough or not enough patience... Plus lost money playing it... According to Hole said that there is six wholes on a table to be played...
Wouldn't the world be better off with a two whole table... Guy
