Gold Crown IV by Scruffy 1!!!

John (Scruffy 1) of Classic Billiards Service set my table up a few months ago with blue simonis and diamond 3/16 shims but I am finally am getting around to finishing up the basement. My basement was totally unfinished when I started. It was nothing but a concrete floor, insulated walls and a support pole right where the side pocket is now located. Here area few photos now that everything is 90 percent done.

I uploaded a before photo of the same wall that has the helmet fathead on it.

Thinking of building a home poolroom in december 2010, started with the fundation in februari 2011, build the house in march/april and now completly finished with everything a man desires...

- Brunswick Gold Crown III table
- Brunswick Cosmopolitan wall-rack
- Nice fridge to keep them bottles beer cool
- Carpet on the floor
- Self-made tablelight
- Self-made ballcleaner

Just me and my 2 hands to complete the whole project from A to Z.

Grtz,
Awesome room. The break must sound like a cannon in this room, just a terrific room.

But you uglified it with Ravens stuff! :p

Seriously, nice looking room without looking too busy.

My neighbor made the light for me. It is too low. I need a Brunswick helmet and bandages. It draws blood if I forget to keep down.
The JTS Brown. I had to buy a case to get one bottle. The bottle cost about $8.50 shipped with tax. I would not drink that on a dare.
The balls are for haha's. I use Centennials

Added a photo

I posted a before photo so you guys can see what the wall with the fathead on it looked like before construction and where the pole was located that we removed.

New and improved room

I received many compliments on my room at home after I posted pictures on the first page of this thread some time ago so I thought I would post updated pictures. The room and entire house for that matter has gone through serious changes and upgrades. The one wall of the pool room had a sliding patio door framed in and the wall got 2 new casement windows as did the rest of the room and a new sliding patio door. It also got a paint job, new paneling on one wall, all new trim and base boards and my favorite new addition is the trophy shelves where a window used to be because before the room was added by the previous owner, it used to be the back of the house. Enjoy!!

Before and after

Here are some pics of my room upgrade with before and after pics. This is actually the second upgrade. The first was changing from a basic brunswick "home style" table to the diamond. Pictures don't show the size well. This is a 9' with plenty of room around it.

A few more.
The cabinet was designed by my daughter and the heads were a gift I've had sitting around for nearly 10 years waiting for a purpose.
