This video pretty much sums up my game: Had a perfectly good run going, screw up a shot and fluke it in anyway. Heh

And here's another one that I somehow managed to lose my mind and force myself into a bank (I hate banking). This one is actually a quick rack I take after playing a little safety battle, the guy leaves me a 1-9 carom. He breaks dry the next rack I run out (it's alternate break in this league format).

Sadly, my game has been stuck at around that level for the last year. These videos are about a ball or so above my "everyday/average" playing. There's plenty of full sets there, complete with ridiculous errors and everything.
And lastly, another example of how NOT to run a rack when your opponent leaves you a gift (including corner-hooking yourself)

That looks like Cue and Cushion in St. Louis.
Nice job btw.
You would be absolutely correct. And thanks!
Just watched a few of your vids - that's pretty damn sporty stuff ya got there (the newest one in particular).
I hate to point out the negative, but: Anyone can post a few hand picked run out videos. May or may not be an accurate assessment of their game. Heck, might not even be them at all. We might even have guys posting vids of themselves playing like crap, just to establish themselves as fish that need weight. I don't mean that against anyone in particular, just pointing out the realities of the internet.

I have a number of videos from the poison tour that are online as well. Mostly im a loser when it comes to playing on camera, especially when I play my buddy ray linares. He seems to get really pumped up by beating me senseless on camera, recorded and posted online for the world to see.
It's good to have short videos like these. I have a bunch of these myself and if it was all i ever posted you'd think I was golden. My point is unless it's a video playing a set it's still hard to gauge someone's speed.
correct japanese style pronunciation is use the accent oo wah Teh. gringos (like me) rhyme it like karate.
i have heard so many versions. u wait being the most common. My sixth grade biology teacher fumbled with it and said u twat ee
my buddy cobb said my porn name was Blow yer wadde
I wasnt comfortable at the US amateur. I was playing injured with a knee and back problem and my mechanics were really poor. I have poor fundamentals alot and its a miracle I can make a ball. Brian Parks gave me a good tip on how my lower body was aligning wrong just last week. Its tough to correct problems after 30 years.
