But without specifying the surface the shot is played on, the record doesn't mean much. New Simonis 300 is going to give a much different result than fuzzy snooker cloth. Even on one table, the rate of slowing seems to vary a lot depending on where the cue ball stops.
Wouldn't a highly polished and waxed cue ball also affect the result?
