Why is there a devoted forum for "memories of Steve Mizerak" Great player, no doubt. Respectful, likable , unlike Earl, many other dearly departed greats as well. Where to start... What about a dedicated forum to the Memory of Willie Mosconi, Ralph Greenleaf or any other number of fancied Pool Gods???

Seems sort of "selective", Diba?

I figured it was a shame to not have a dedicated history forum, so I sent the AZ staff a case of booze and some hookers. In return, we now have a wonderful history wing that extends past the tennis courts and pool.

We can arrange to get you a tour of the laboratory if you like. After hours of course.

No, not selective, but rather "responsive." Remember, we lost Steve Mizerak in AZB's time. The passing of the other greats you mention happened before AZB was a twinkle in anyone's eye. Steve's decline in health, and ultimate passing, happened while AZB existed. And I'm sure (unfortunately) that we'll see other greats pass in AZB's time, with the appropriate memorial forum dedicated to them. It's actually a nice honor, celebrating the memory of someone who passed "during your time."

I hope this helps explain it.

I have noticed that you are a real Earl hater. Did he steal your lunch money?

Buy a server, some software and a huge internet connection and create your own, "History of Pool - Earl is a Jerk" Forum.

Best of luck to you..........NOT.
