Ok, this thread has touched on an interesting topic. I know that somebody who runs the site can check a ISP, but how do you guys check or know somebody's ISP?

Or, are some of you helping to run this site? :confused:

I dont understand why you dont just create a new username if you are so worried about people calling you Poolkiller.
 
You do yourself more harm than good with posts like this.
There's a trick that public figures have learned to deal with tiresome, unfair, or unwarranted accusations: ignore them.
If you have patience they eventually go away.

When you repeat the accusations, you draw attention to them and cement them in people's mind. Now you're going to get exactly what you asked for - lots of proof (legitimate or not) that you post like PK. The examples people post will help convince anyone who was in doubt.

Also, people who never heard of PK will now look at you differently, like this nahog guy.
Meanwhile, nothing you post can help your cause because 'you can't prove a negative'.

Please put on "poolkiller blinders" and simply reply to the meat of people's posts and pretending you don't even see their comments about PK. Eventually they will slow to a trickle if not cease entirely.

The "guide" I was talking about had nothing to do with poolkiller stuff, I described what I wanted to write about more than once. More like a personal experience booklet with some advice. Alternative bar rules is something you'll find in any bar all over the world, so it doesn't really make sense if you call me PK because I use bar rules. Tactical games come together with those sorts of rules and lower skilled players in general. If you can't run out, you have to think a lot and plan every shot.

I remember that one. It was after many of you already started accusing me of being him, so I admit I was a little interested about that whole stuff back then. Someone (Creedo, I believe) gave me the real description of PK's ideas I quoted above a few months later, so I didn't really know what I was talking about at that time :embarrassed2:

I never said ram shot was the most powerful shot, some of you brought up the ram shot in the first place. And I was the one saying it could get people hurt if someone actually tried to use it. Maybe you mixed that up with my other thread where I asked which shot technique was the most powerful, and which had nothing to do with ram shots.

My strategy of "smashing" things did prove effective many times, but I told you it only worked if used together with other shots and strategies. And it didn't work well every single time, sometimes I risked way too much and pocketed the 8...

Slop rules? You mean no shot calling? I didn't say it was generally a better way to play the game, but I personally prefer it without calling.

I'm sorry but that's just not true, you brought up poolkiller first in quite a few of my threads. Obviously people care more about him than you'd like to confess because otherwise you wouldn't be giving me a hard time for several months. This is the first time I see people mentioning a troll on a forum for so long after he was banned. And I do think that's just stupid.

Maybe you got me wrong. I meant bar pool was different because of different rules, lower skill levels, different (worse) equipment etc. That's why I asked you if you ever played bar pool, I was talking about some typical bar stuff, and you seemed to hear it for te first time. I apologize if I was wrong.

I didn't reject your help, I'm thankful to you for giving me so many materials, but at the moment I don't have the time to actually start practising. Also, I'm quite comfortable with where I am now, and if I ever wanted to get a lot better, now I know where to look :smile:

Sure, my sig does look like something a beginner would say. But after all, I am a beginner comparing to you. I am (or, to be honest, used to be :rolleyes: ) more skilled than an average bar player in my region. I did beat better players, I'll describe it in detail another time if you want, but those better players were still bar players, who probably also sucked comparing to you. You're giants and we're all meaningless insects from your perspective, but from my perspective, there's just as much diversities in the insect world as there is in your world.

Also, the thread I started about those members speaks for itself. I wanted to know who they were because many people mention them.

I honestly hope I made myself clear.

I know what you mean but I wanted to settle this openly with everyone. I had patience and for months my posts weren't taken seriously simply because of those accusations. People already told other people who never heard about PK that I was him, so I don't really care if this thread does any additional damage.

That is not true at all, your posts were not taken seriously because they had silly or wrong info in them, the content, and even wording, of which sounded like exactly what PoolKiller posted. After a few posts, it just became more clear it was the same person posting. Eddie Van Halen can play a song by Stevie Ray Vaughn, but he won't sound like SRV. Your style is all PoolKiller, your post topics, words you use and examples you give are all PoolKiller. Can't hide the style my man, Van Halen is good, can play the notes, but you can hear it's not really SRV. You're SRV playing an SRV song and trying to pass off as Van Halen.

We don't think that way. It is only when someone comes along and tells us all how things, "should be done", (in whatever witty way they choose) we retort.

I can't count the number of times I've heard, "back when I used to be a pro...", or, "I used to pay my rent with this game", "I used to win all the tournaments where I lived before but I haven't played much lately...", "I beat all the guys around here so...", or whatever usta-could variant and those players just don't seem to deliver on the day.

That doesn't mean we dislike new players, we just get annoyed with the same stories over and over when people try to assert themselves. Combine that with some of the posts I mentioned where you don't listen to what we tell you it reminds us of PK. Most of the people you really should listen to gave up a while ago.

I have no idea who Pool Killer was, but I do know this: All a person must do is read your sig line and some of your recent posts to realize that you simply can not be serious. You say ridiculous things that defy the most basic logic and common sense. You are as obvious and committed a troll as I've ever seen. And yeah, I don't see how that manual could have been written by anyone other than you.

I suppose, in the sense that ANYTHING is possible, perhaps you really are as dense, stubborn and clueless as you pretend to be, but I doubt it. In either case, one thing is certain. You are one seriously weird dude.

A friend and fellow AZ member was helping Mike with some computer/network stuff and suggested he compare the isps. Mike got back to my friend who got back to me.
 
OK fine, I'm done with arguing. If you still think I'm Poolkiller, go ahead and keep thinking that way. I don't care at all. But for God's sake, stop bringing up stuff like bar guides, ram shots, "nice post you got there PK" etc in my threads. If you don't want to talk with me or read what I post then ignore button is your friend. Do whatever you want, just stop wrecking my threads and posts.

Wrecking your threads? This site is a community. You may start threads and make posts but as far as asking people not to hurt your feelings by ignoring your input and pointing out the mistakes in your posts, get off it.
I've thought about ignoring you but the shear ignorance of your posts is amusing. So many people have tried to help you. I think that is the worst part of this. You don't have time to practice, please note the spelling, but you have time to worry about a bunch of people you don't know respecting your opinion.
How about you start a new poll, does AZB like my posts, yes or no.
