Sly Cue In Time For Christmas

i am not sure who made the cue,but I really like it.That is my idea of a basic playing cue,or rather it is exactly the cue I order over and over again,in fact I have 2 scruggs ordered like that with different woods.

The cue made made by Leon Sly , I really like the total outcomb of the cue, from the Szamboti style ring work to the long veneer's and the baby lizard wrap feels so good in my hands. I wasn't a fan of leather wraps or anything like it but Leon assured me I would like this and I really do. Then the deep ebony butt with the hoppe style I like so much. I have another player that I am really used to that Leon made me but this just became my main player for sure , thanks for looking <<ED
Jeff, I have a little thin bumper on it. The one picture waqs from before Leon had it all ready .. I don't trust myself with a bumperless ,,LOL >>ED
Thanks guys but I can tell you this, some people are Pm me asking about Leon and I can tell you all he is the best guy to deal with he listens to you and makes the cue the way you want it. If your interested in his cue's contact him on here thru pm , he goes just by Leon Sly . Maybe after he isn't so busy he will post on there two threads I started cause I first started in the cue reveiw but was told to move it to the gallery so you can just click on him and pm him. Im just glad I got this one made ...<<ED

Dean my friend, You need to keep an eye turned in Leon Sly's direction now. He is producing some extremely nice traditional cues these days. Not to mention how well Leon's cues play. That's a beautiful example shown here by ED. Happy Holidays Ed, Dean, Chris, Jeff and all.

I talk to leon on the phone a every so often. He's a great guy. He told me he wanted to switch to a more classic style and he has done a great job IMO.

I had been pm'd alot asking who the cue maker is that made my cue, (bobco729) country bob , posted it in a earlier post but here it is again for those who missed it. He is AZ BILLIARDS very own Leon Sly is what he goes by also on here so you can pm him or call (410-827-4966) . You can't go wrong Leon he is honest and goes the extra mile for you cause he wants his customers happy. I sure am ,this cue is all I expected and all I wanted. So heres the info for everyone who asked rather than pm everyone back <<ED

R U KIDDING !!!Nope Neverrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr !!!! This is the one I wanted and it plays even better .... I would have had this one built first if I knew Leons cue's played as good as they do. I started with a fancy SP i won in a raffle. But I have enough SP cue's so I had him build me a player with the stainless steel witrh Ivory sleeve and I was hooked. But this is my player for good it fits me perfect. Leons work is REDICULOUSLY GOOD. He is an overlooked cue maker that is now making waves. I'm glad to see he is now starting to get his due recognition. I cannot wait to try out his ivory sleeved steel joint setup. Have heard good things. Wait till you see what I'm going to let out of the bag in 4-6 months from this monster cuemaker. It's gonna be a doosey
