Ya just gotta love the name "Leon Sly". ;)

yeah and for those not familiar with leons work, his cues play great. I just sold my sly sneaky to scott murphey at the derby and have had sellers remorse ever since(lol).

I saw the Q when RON had it. Has it been altered since he sold it? Thanks

Adam,
Ron and I did some trades back and forth and the cue came back to me the same as it had left. He did not play with it except to hit a few balls (correct me if I am wrong), and Personally, I almost never play with anything but my JC cue, except to test hit some balls. This cue was in new condition a week or two ago when I worked a trade with Zn here. It is a really nice cue, with very different wood (it is Korean something or other, very rare color and grain), and it hits very nicely. Leon Sly is from the Baltimore area, and he is really becoming popular locally, as well as out west in a few areas. He makes a good cue.

Just my $.02 worth on the cue. It has not been altered as far as I am aware.

Here is the website for Leon Sly. He is just getting it going, but the demand for his cues is high. He was taught cue making by Dennis Searing and Richard & Rick Phillippi. All of his cues that I have seen have been exceptionally well executed. I think he plans to be at the Super Billiards Expo this year.

No cues there yet.

I had one of his cues some time ago and it played really well. Really nice guy to deal with and talk to also. Wish I had the money lying around I would pick this one up. Whoever gets this beauty will NOT be disappointed!
