So this is what im getting at,you cant spit in someones face and then offer to by them a drink and not expect to get wet. ;)
Jay is one of the good guys and doesnt deserve to be labeled with names that dont fit,Gingerbread Man might be acceptable. :D

You probably voted for Bush too....TWICE!

You must be referring to the post where he told me he respected me and hated me in the same breath. Sorry, that one didn't impress me either.

People do all kinds of things when they are upset and they are usually sorry afterward. Unfortunately, it isn't always so easy to mend the damage they have done.

IMHO, decent people don't have to resort to profanity, name calling and threats. Especially to someone who has done nothing to them except share a different opinion about a third party. If I had harmed him in some way, that might make a difference. But that is not the case here and you know it Phil.

One last time, if Smokey was so upset at Fatboy why was he threatening me? Was I just a convenient target for him? Please explain that to me Phil since you seem to have a better grasp of what happened here. I just don't get it or your defense of him.

Well he heard you were Fatboys manager so he wanted a piece of you and the bodyguards,lol.He shouldnt have done what he did period,even regarding flaming Fatboy,i mean posting that here wasnt right and perhaps putting out there wouldnt have been so bad if he let Fatboy speak his side on it before bad mouthing him.I think you handled it better then i would have Jay and i commend you for this,it shows your character,i like to emulate Cool Hand Luke and be calm. :)

I have met people like Smokey before, one minute your friend and the next a bitter enemy. There is nothing I said or did that deserved the replies I got from him. No one else attacked me for stating my opinion about Fatboy, just him. I just hope he controls his emotions a little better in person then he did on here. That remains to be seen.

I have to side with Jay on this one. I am sure that Fatboy will let you borrow a body guard when you come to Vegas.

I worked in a pool room where a few mexicans hung out & one of them was a champion dart player. A friend of mine came in one day & saw me playing the mexican & asked if we wanted to play a game of doubles. I noticed that my friend was with a guy who was a complete hot head. I agreed & they wanted to play for a beer. No harm, right. So I tell the mexican to lay down & take it easy. Not tyring to hustle but trying to just keep it friendly. We lose the first game & the hot head immediately says where is my beer. Well they had just ordered a round so I said when your beer is low I would gladly get you one. 30 seconds later he was bringing it up again. One thing lead to another & the hot head got what he wanted, me in his face. My friend broke it up & then within another 30 seconds the hot head wants to be my friend and shake hands. I shake his hand & he immediately doesn't like 'the way' I shook it & it starts all over. Finally the hot head left. After that, I turn to my mexican friend & said 'Hey Lupe, throw some bulls eyes." He proceeds to throw and hit 8 out of 9. I ask my friend - "Now who was wrong in all of this?"
 
By the way JCIN, thanks for the offer to help my friend out with his handball web cast. He thinks he has it under control & is very tied up with getting set up.

Anyways, one thing that he is doing is 15-30 second commercials during his PPV when there is a break in the action. He is doing them free of charge as a trial on this first broadcast. Just something you might want to consider. To take it further, I thought that a sponsor would donate something pool related that you could give away to one of the people that pay for the PPV in exchange for reading a commercial(s) during your challenge matches. Do the match with the commercials & one or more lucky people win a new stick, case, etc. - signed by the contestants even if they wish.

Not sure how 'Nascar' you won't to make your telecasts, just a thought.

Jay we have disagreed in the past but I still consider you to be a good guy
I wasn't defending Smokey's choice of words but he was upset and I could forgive him for that. I didn't vote for Bush twice though but if he could run again.... 4 more years 4 more years
