This is the one I have been so eager to see for some time.I bought 3
really fancy cues and paid in advance in a complicated arrangement
some 12 months ago.
The first one was gorgeous and sold the first day I got it,Bob suggested that
this one was gonna be even more fancy
A thorough going box cue,more pictures will be posted soon but as you can see
this is a hum dinger,deluxe,A number one,cats meow.
The day you pull this out of your case will be the day the boys at the pool room will
fall over them selves.Lust for this beauty will fill their eyes,they may even be afraid to pick it up,so you need to say"Go ahead,try it out"
"You mean it?"
Sure its a Bob Owen,it is meant to be played with
As pretty as it is,it plays even better
The day will come when you will be offered a tidy profit,and you better be sure before you sell it,because cues like this don't come around every day.
Even though I can honestly offer you a good price,it is still not cheap
so I know that will exclude some ,but if you can afford to buy a timeless
masterpiece like this you will have years to enjoy your little heirloom.
The day will come when Junior stops by to see the old man ,who in a time of less than guarded speech
may have boasted that someday this would be Junior's cue.
Kids have a way of remembering things like this.So when mother told Junior that Tibbits
or Ibuycues was offering ole dad a pretty penny for the special cue,well
Junior just had to rushed over and say,dad ,you remember the time you promised me'
" the cue"
Promised is a little strong Junior"you timidly utter
But here comes the hard part,the wife who has a history of always remembering everything
especially at the wrong time
so,Gladis pipes up,"Henry,I was there when you said the cue would be Juniors someday.in fact you said his son and his sons son"s son's
You get the picture,when something like a Bob Owen cue,and not just any Owen cue but
this drop dead gorgeous cue comes along,something so pretty that not just a few
people on az will say"That is the prettiest cue I done ever seen"
So NOW is the time to call Dean and say"I want it,how you wanna get paid?
I want and I want it today!!!
Really what is the point of trying to be nonchalant when you know,I know,
heck everybody on Az knows that
this is the perfect cue,no body but Bob could do this

This design really grabs your attention......
Bob, you knew I would love the ivory windows with corner dots.....and that fancy inlay(?)...what is it?
Absolutely elegant .....the inlay makes me pause & wonder about our cue project......it's really pretty.
Dean.....you have to be thrilled with the way this cue is turning out........I know you love box designs.
