My thoughts ...
I played with a Huebler Sneaky Pete for 19 years, and loved it.
The shaft got worn down some, and I used to be teased that
when I broke the balls that I looked like I was playing archery
more than Pool because of how much my cue bowed.
I currently have a Sneaky Pete from Shurtz Custom Cues, and
also love it. It has better balance and feel, and a custom
Sneaky Pete can play like a cue costing hundreds more.
I would say find you a custom cuemaker that makes good
Sneaky Pete's, visit his shop if you can, and he most likely
will have some you can stroke for balance and feel. Luckily,
Shurtz is in my town, so I can go check out cues there whenever
I want to. Custom Sneakies can be a hidden bargain for you.
