Way to go Joe, ya just had to add another dimension to that one didn't you.

So, the liar will know that he is being tested so he will tell the truth instead of lying. Which to him, is a lie anyway. So, Joe wins. Or at least should get a consolation prize for putting another twist to the riddle.
