I ordered 20 pcs and so far have received 6.
Back-ordered on the rest.
I have a very limited number of saws that I could sell with a couple of mandrels.
These are exactly the same as I was originally selling.
30mm(1.181")od, 8mm(.315")id x .034/.035" thick x 100tooth (+/-).

Machined mandrel to fit said saw : $25 (+s/h).
Saw seperately : $30 (+s/h).
Saw & mandrel set (very limited qty) : $60 shipped conus.
Pp acct. same as my email. See sig.
Thanx Much.

Update:
Of the mandrels that I recently received, I have 2 left.
I would appreciate if at this point in supply, you PM or email
to confirm availability before sending payment.

Thanx Much, KJ

Status update

All of the remaining orders taken last week have gone out with today's mail.
Everyone should receive their saws, mandrels or sets this week.
If you haven't received your items by Thur/Fri, definitely let me know
because everything was shipped insured.
Thanx to everyone who has made a recent purchase from me.
I have two mandrels left for anyone who missed the first go-round.

Thanx Again, KJ

PS. Just this minute I received a pkg. Guess what??? 4 more mandrels.

KJ saw

HI,
what are these used for?I try to support all Az members by buying a new product as long as they aren't expensive.. Only I'm not sure of the purpose on this one. Please let me know.
thanks, JerseyBill

Bill will take all of them. He buys everything.

But seriously Bill, you need to get a mandrel and a couple of saws.
Put that in your Porter Cable and you can cut wafers so thin, you can just about see thru them. Thats how accurate KJs saws are.

And they can get smaller.

on a good day, with everything setup right i've cut .010" phenolics & woods
i'm going to try slowing my router down a little to see if i can prolong the life of these blades
when they're new, they are THEE NUTZ.
maybe kev can chime in and say if that'll help or not?

I got my arbor earlier this week. I had ordered a blade from the source that KJ gave us in his initial post. I particularly like the custom shipping mount that KJ packed the arbor in. My blade fits on my arbor like a glove.

Good work and Thanks!!

Gary

Hi,

When using KJs mandrels and the small carbide saw my rings don't vary more than .001. Larger HHS saws are not as accurate.

Thanx Gary,
I try to treat my clients right and with respect.
Just a quick observation. Your saw my be on the mandrel backwards.
You'll get it figured-out I'm sure.
Don't hesitate to get with me if you have any problems.

KJ

PS. To all that are wondering, all of my saws are gone.

LOL, you are of course correct!!

I was mostly trying to reassure the guys that they could buy the mandrel from you and the saws from the source on eBay and both would fit together like a glove. I wanted to capture the logo on the saw in the picture. The saw has now been installed correctly.
