Just received these cues last Friday. All I can say is that.... great players!
 
Varney I ordered mine in December of last year. You dont reply to PM's.....you are amazing. Last but not least you build one identical to the one I ordered for a member that joined AZ 4 months after I ordered mine. Then deliver it to him. What happened to the pics you sent me. Did you just decide to sell it to him. You know who I'm talking about. I would stay away from this cue maker guys as I am not the only one with these type of problems. Not to mention the 250 bucks you've kept of mine KV. Absolutely hilarious. In my line of work this stuff doesn't fly. I've dealt with numerous cue makers and you are at the bottom of the barrel.

Colin I'm very sorry you feel this way. As I said in our email your cue is near ready. I have quite a few that are completed and are waiting on me to finish them. I am going as fast as possible without taking shortcuts. As far as your blank its the 2nd one I've turned for you due to the first one moving in the forearm after the final pass. This I can not help or turn out and my only option is to start over, which I did and now am finishing the 2nd one for you. As for Terry's cue...he contacted me wanting an ebony fullsplice. I had one that I had junked due to the ebony having a large white area showing up and was still there after the final pass so I deemed the blank no good. Then I was told to try staining the light area with india ink. This worked wonderful and turned the light area darker than the ebony. It was shortly after I had corrected this blank that Terry contacted me and I mentioned I had an extra at that time. I apologize but I honestly gave no thought to exchanging that blank for yours. I sent you a ship date in our email. Again, I apologize for the confusion. Cuemaking isn't an exact science and often you are at the mercy of the wood. I've had cues near complete that moved and even had blem areas show up in the wood after being turned. This alone makes it very difficult to complete each cue in order though I try my very best.
I'll be posting lots of pics of completed cues in this Gallery as I said earlier I have quite a few I'm finishing now. Thank you everyone for your patience.:)

i think you look from the wrong side of barrel.please turn the barrel over and you will see kevin varney on the top.he is the next jerry franklin believe me.dont be so hard to kevin!he work hard to finish his cue orders and he will do it very well.

why is it all the new members with less than 100 posts jump to kevins defese?
 
i got my cue two months ago.its plays great!my waiting time was a little bit over one year.for my schrager cue was the waiting time 4 years.

it's cue building and not clean up some glass-windows with polish.

i read in the year of 2007 about his great cues in this forum.

i'm new thats right!but az-billiards are not the only way to order a cue from kevin varney.

he is a great person!after 6 month i've got a bad felling after reading some bullshit about this guy. so i send kevin one mail.

after 3 days i got a reply and he explain his situation.

he is not thief and dont want to screw somebody. i say it again,and i will do anytime business with kevin.

for a minute i thought this might be another log in of kevins. but kevins grammer is way better than yours. looks like the public education system really failed you
