I am not sure how many pool fans are also Sopranos watchers but I just got off the phone with my old friend Joe Gannascoli. He played Vito in the Sopranos tv show.
Vito was killed on the show by having a pool stick put ...... well where non of us would like it put.

He has a line of sticks that have the Sopranos style font with the "r" being a gun saying "A cue stick to die for" The stick will be sighned by Joe Gannascoli along with a signed photo of Vito.

He wants to make a deal with me for these limited edition cues. My question is, is there a market for them and if so is $75.00 a good price? To be honest thats the best I can do as far as a sales price so let me know what you think. Thanks in advance for your help.

Weren't these sold a couple years ago and were pulled off the shelves by whatever company was making them?

Are you asking in the sense of collectors items, how much people think they are worth?

UPPr, I am asking if there is any interest in them before I buy some to sell as collectors/novelty stuff. Yes they were out a few years ago and I have cometo learn that they stopped makingthem because if the people at GLADD. However I thought I would just run the idea around before I go too into the deal.

OK, I'll bite. What is GLADD? I don't get out much. Johnnyt

they were pulled because the licencing rights were not owned by "vito" they are a property of HBO inc. They were not autherized by HBO and a legal matter was going to happen if not pulled. I met "vito" at the 2006 Baltimore BCA trade show and he was rude and selfcentered....as for the cues......more novelty, they wouldnt let us hit with one, they were just samples..........I guess..........OTB

MY buddies brother was killed in exactly that way. What a horrible death!

Sopranos Pool Stick

If the cues were pulled because GLADD was offended, I think some people will still be interested.
$75.00 seems like a buyable price.
If the problem was licensing rights, and HBO made them pull them off the shelf, I would not sell any.
The fine can be $50,000.00 per item.
