We will also be holding an AZ meet and greet on Friday Night July 10th. The Scorpion Room will open for the meet and greet. Cue and Case trading, telling those great pool and billiard stories (some true some not), and watching the Gem City 10 Ball Classic. I have a feeling a couple exhibitors will be set up for the meet and greet. The weekend should be filled with Magic. (Maybe even a little Searing elfin' magic)

The players auction for Gem City Classic is at 4:30 pm. The brackets will be drawn shortly after the auction. The first round of the tournament will start at 7:00 pm. The Scorpion Room will open at 6:45 pm for the AZ meet and Greet.

If anyone has any suggestions for any of the events, please we are all ears. These events are with the intent on building the industry (sport) we all love.

The Az Meet and Greet will start after the tournament begins. That could be anywhere from 7:00 PM to 7:30 PM.

Really looking forward to this event it could be a great thing for Georgia and pool... Thanks to Johhny and Kim for bringing this to us....

What hotel will most of you be using .... Not sure if we will spend the night we only live a couple hours away ... But if we come friday night we may get a room at one of the hotels...

its not looking good for me to come, and i'm pissed!!!! i have been feeling pretty good, but tonight I was in a 1P game-cheap $50/game and my back went to $hit in 5 minutes-for no reason out of the blue..., first time its went out that fast in along time(months), I actually went to the pool room(not home in Vegsas) I'm in LA, 2 nights in a row, thats the first time in forever I went out 2 nights in a row, usually Iget out 2 times a week now(where as before I might get out once in 3 weeks), In the middle of the session I went down hard and fast, I pulled up, I hurt so bad i cant sleep,

I really hope I can come as see everyone, that means so much to me, but right now its iffy,

sorry for the bad news I will report back in a couple days,

my very best

eric

Well I hope you get to feeling better it would of been nice to meet you but there is always another place and time ... Your health comes first as for me I plan on enjoying the show and having a great time ...

Is everyone else completely ready for the show or are some of you like us, still buffing the finish out on a few cues with only two days left?

A note to all exhibitors. We will be able to set up at 9:00 am Saturday Morning.
If you have any questions give me a call.

I talked to one other cue maker who still had several hours of work to finish before he left.

My son was still in the shop at Midnight last night. Sure would be nice to have about one more week to get ready.
