Well I just got an email and after 17.5 years my wait is over to pick out my Southwest cue.
No clue what to order as far as woods and colors. I will be ordering every option available though.

Are these cues still being sold by SW to the people who have waited this long at a price point allowing immediate profit from flipping them? Just curious.

People wait that long for more ridiculous things. I waited about that long for my wife to stop being slutty once upon a time. Ended up having to get a different one to fulfil my dream.
7 years and I traded mine. Started over and life has been great. I wonder how much a SW would have cost 17 years ago. How much the same cost today. And how much the same will cost in 17 years.

In about 1982, there was a 25-year wait list to buy NY Giants football season tickets, and the team wasn't very good back then.

... Bobby, hope and expect that your new cue proves to be worth the wait.
