Does anyone play with their Southwest cue? There was a poll done a while back asking what cue do you play with? I don't think that anyone listed a SW. If they are so great why doesn't anyone play with it and what is the purpose of having it? I would think that if it is the best playing cue and not really being one of the most expensive cues (new being $1400 to $2000) that there would be more being used as a player.

Absolutely! I'm on my third SW cue and this'll be my playing cue until it or I turn to dust. I waited 8 years for it and can't imagine not playing with it. I've played Bluds, Jensen, Olivier, Gilbert, McWorter, and Black and only the Black came close to the feedback I get. Adding the OB shafts make it perfect for me.

I played with mine all the time. If I get it back from United, I'll play with it again.

i played with mine for 7 years, i had retired from pool-I didnt walk into a pool room, couldnt tell you who won what or anything i was 100% out of pool but i had a GC4 at home and played with my SW for just over 7 years-i switched to a Szam when I came back to pool rooms, I need tips on my SW again, i have wore out 2 sets of tips on both shafts and i'm easy on tips-I really used that cue I put more miles on it than any cue I ever played with, its mint and other than a light stain on the shafts its mint, shiny as it was the day it came out of the shop. its ebony w/6 ivory points, laurie hooked me up real good.
