Star Billards - Manila - Now!!

For the last couple nights, my time in thailand I have been watching the stream from Star Billiards in Manila.

It appears that last year and this year Chinese ladies World Championship winners are back in Manila to sharpen their games.

Liu Sha Sha and Fu Xiao Fang seem to be taking on all comers, with limited success but I am sure great experience for them.

Right now Fu is playing Antonio Lining. Great watching for those who can at this time. Matches were closer last night than this one.

the two ladies there playing have beaten the good players here in philippines, to name a few, jeff de luna, carlo biado, elvis calasang, nikoy lining.

they are number 1 and 2 rank in china right now and probably would be top 5 in the world soon.
 
Been watching early for quiet a few mornings. Some super 10 ball. Lets me see how really bad my game is. Wonder how much they are playing for?
 
they are playing for just small sets, less than 200 usd for race to 21
 
who is the girl playing in the recorded match on camera 1 in the blue shirt with China on the back?
 
Star Biliard Center has great match ups on everyday (4 camers on 4 tables). For those that learn well from watching how top players play, you need not go anywhere else but Star. The players of this small country play different than any other players in the world. Their second teir players could win or place very high in any tournamet in the world. They very rarely beat themselves. Johnnyt
 
The Star Billiards web site says that "You are watching Star Billiards webstream live!!!" How can this be live when they are showing the same recorded stream today on all four cameras that they were showing yesterday? :rolleyes:

I think you are reading it wrong...it is live, not live.

Does anyone have the link to the Jeff de Luna vs Alcano match on starbilliards? Have seen it once and can't find it now. I thought it was one of the better one-sided matches I've seen with Jeff dominating Alcano.
 
also to name a few players they have beaten badly was Rodolfo "Samson" Luat, Carlo Biado, Elvis Calasang

Well both are China Womens Champion Fu Xiao Fang (2010,2008), Liu Sha Sha (2009)
i have been with these ladies and their coach since they came to Manila 3 weeks ago, they are here to learn/train not to win money. just imagine they are here even on a Chinese new year, both ladies have exemptional pocketing skills, small pockets at GCV is too much at ease for them

their itenerary from Manila back to China then procceed to Taiwan for the Amway Cup, after which, go to Manila again for the Philippine Open 2011 Mens/Womens, then procceed to China world 9 ball.

now you heard it first from me, they will invade USA from June onwards set their foot first time on US soil to play in US tournaments, both ladies have the potential of reaching top 1 & 2 respectively

Yu Ram Cha was also here to train but have to leave early prior to a commitment to play for a National Tournament in Korea
