Starkey on E-bay legit?

Does this look legit. The note on picture 6 says pin is designed and made by chuck starkey. does this mean just the pin is starkey and stick is by someone else??? Or is this an all Starkey cue?

Looks like a Starkey to me. PM Chuck and ask him...he posts on here a lot. I think his ID is Desi2960 or something close to that.

He makes his own wooden joint pins, that is what the note is referring to.

I would say that is a Starkey cue.
