Its kind of said that I hope this guy has had some medical issues. Not that I wish anything bad on him but atleast then I would have some kind of understanding on how this can happen.

If he sold off all his equipment and that included cues in progress and didn' let anyone know thats real a shame.

I would rip my face off if I got 43 pms and as many emails each day asking for stuff. I go nutzo trying to juggle five chat windows.

I know people who can handle all that, not me. I was just telling my wife when I first learned about email. It was called v-mail or something like that in the Air Force and the unit commander was the only one who had access to it in 1990. Then by 1994 or so I had email through compuserve. I thought this is the greatest thing!

Now, I would be really happy if I never read another email in my life. I just spent an hour going over 300 emails (from one customer) from the past four months to pick out the relevant ones concerning a dispute over a large wholesale order.

I admire those business leaders who don't even have a computer and yet they run multi-billion dollar operations. It's really easy to become a slave to email, especially when your product gets more complicated as ours is.

Was Davor (dakraljic) really banned? Clearly, he got angry. But in his shoes, I might have not behaved much better. He previously started threads to address an issue that is not unique for him. I am not so sure this much clarity would have been revealed if he had not demanded the attention.

Sorry to learn about this mess.
 
Hi,yes I was banned yesterday for all day long.However,I am not sorry at all because otherwise for sure this wouldn't take so much attention.Also,I wanted to know facts and clearfy am I screwedd or not.I will have to wait the end of the year to be sure but I am not very optimistic anything will change.There is a still a little faith in me.I would really want that Lee shows himself as a stand up guy.This isn't first bad and hard deal with one cuemaker but I was silent so far.However,I couldn't help myself to show others to be careful in dealing with some of cuemakers and members.This kind of things aren't good for cuemakers,especially less wellknown and new comers,nor are good for POOL in general.These kind of shits a long with bad strategy in promotes are one of reasons why pool is where it is at the moment.

Just adding my name to the list. I bought an as-yet unfinished cue from another AZer, who won the cue in one of Lee's raffles, I believe. Lee was aware of this and knows that cue should be coming to me. August 2013 was when I was told the cue should be completed. I haven't reached out to Lee recently, but from what I'm reading, well, I don't know what to think. All of my previous correspondences with him had been professional.

Maybe I'll try getting in touch with him as well.

I will do whatever I can that this will never be forgotten.I will do best from myself to get what I paid for.I have already contacted my friends in State to see what can they do regards to this.So,one is lawyer and the other drives a truck.The guy who drives a truck travels a lot and he said to me that he will visit him/Lee in Virgina in Mechanicsville where he lives when he will passing by with a truck.The other guy who is lawyer studies MBA on Kansas University but choose economy for MBA graduation and he will see what he can do with calling police in Virginia with some facts.It is pointless to say that I am pissed of and from what I found out today,seems that Lee sold the cue he were building for me.It is still in assembly.600$ means a lot to me but means more for my perception and it borders me to not feel comfortable anymore in sending money deposit.So that's what I found out about my cue.
Cannot believe that these kind of thieves were integrated in pool community and lived there for a while with mask.II hope that some pressure would make him to do the right think and give people their money and me to,however we shall see.

I doubt u could find any in a Fortune 500 company that don't use a computer....the smart leaders have a great staff to delegate to, plus an administrative assistant who handles the emails, and only passes through the ones he needs to read or respond to.

You could and should be doing exactly that, you at are running a business that I'm assuming generates a fairly good profit.,.dont be penny wise, and pound foolish...

The reduction in headaches alone is worth the extra cost, plus think about all the extra time u can spend here :)

You do know that Lee's post about not being well and what not was made almost a year ago right?...lol.

He owes people cues or their money back at this point.
 
Anyone try and track Lee down on JimboArmy? Or has anyone just got in touch with him? Lee owes me 950 bucks.

Another way to look at it would be that this guy ripped a bunch of people off, including dozens of people that entered his fake raffles that he ran knowing that he wasn't going to produce the cues.
If you include the winners and losers of his big Lee Pepper raffle-con, and the bigger victims that actually gave him cash deposits, the numbers are large.
I am sick as well, so I guess it would be OK to build a few crappy cues, get people to pump me up on AZ, take thousands of dollars and hope I die before I get sued.
