Steinway Billiards v. Buffalo Billiards: Meet the Real Hustlers!

Season 2 of True Detective starts on Sun June 21.

Oh WOW! Thank you so much! I don't watch a lot of television.

Will the two stars remain Woody Harrelson and Matthew McConaughey? They had an interesting chemistry.

JUST ONE PERSON'S OPINION

I really enjoyed this video until the end ,then it got truly tacky and lacked class or anything we should want pool related to. Very astonished anyone as reputable as Joey A put his stamp on it

That lack of class is otherwise know as southern charm

I like it Joey!

Erica caught a little heat for the ending of her first BB video and decided she would clean it up a little.

It is people like Erica who step up to the plate and try to make pool a more interesting game. Does she make the right move all of the time, NO and neither do any of us but she's there plugging along doing what she thinks will make pool more fun and exciting.

It takes a lot of work and effort to put these videos together with limited equipment and experience.

Let's hope she and others continue to put their best effort forward and pool will become more popular.

Steinway's best vs. Buffalo's... I got Steinway.

I think that's a smart bet. I'm sure they have some great players in their room but with regulars like Jayson Shaw, Earl, Robles, Zion, Jorge Rodriguez, Frankie Hernandez, etc.. they're gonna have a tough time at Steinway. Not to mention the list of 500 short stops that are capable of doing damage in NYC.

Since Buffalo Billiards made the challenge, would like to know when they're coming to Steinway.

This is true.

Well, they don't gamble big enough at Steinway… so they're not coming.

This is also true.

Scott & Alex playing for $20k each was something to see, but it's not uncommon for talks of big money in Louisiana. $20k seems small compared to some of the cash I've seen people blow down here.

Quoting Frankie Hernandez? Referring to an exchange between him and Ginky comparing the financial outcome of a pool pro versus a humble city sanitation worker.

Yeah most of the NYC players actually have jobs. Twenty years from now they will still have money.
