Brian,
I don't know who you are and it doesn't matter but I think your photo and comment are sad.
JoeyA
I actually think the video is funny but i can also see why others might think the video is sad as well.

Did you mean you thought Brian's photo was funny and the video sad?

Ok so let me get this straight..lol...they change the existing and already retarded video to exclude themselves basically telling people to go **** themselves and replace it with kids saying positive things....you have to be the saddest group of individuals I have ever seen and have the pleasure of not knowing....I also don't know what world you people live in that you call people out and tell them to come to you......why don't you all chip in some a "dat cash" and rent yourselves a nice short bus and drive up to NYC. Absolute losers.
And just because I'm a nice guy I did the leg work for you....here's a nice short bus for sale in your local area...see you all soon!!

I don't mean to be a stickler but that's a regular size bus.
Quoting Frankie Hernandez? Referring to an exchange between him and Ginky comparing the financial outcome of a pool pro versus a humble city sanitation worker.
Here's a link to a CD written by a local New Orleans pool player named "Young Saint" ---> Who Dem Billiards
Only the APA could be behind something that makes me cringe this hard.

Actually, I applaud the APA for this. For too many decades, pocket billiard lily-white right-wingers have discriminated against women and African Americans.
Because Cisero Murphy was African American in an era when there were racial tensions in the United States, he was not invited to compete in world title events until 1965, despite his skills as a player.
I actually remember a sign in the front of a pool hall in Petersburg, VIrginia, that said "No Women Allowed." I walked in, anyway, with my road partner Geese, though we didn't stay long. Everybody stoppod what they were doing when a female dared to walk into their sacred pool room.
'Bout time we see the face of pool being represented to look like America.
Get your political BS out of here. Discrimination was everywhere.
That video and music is what makes us cringe. It's awful. I don't recall Atlatlien saying anything about race or gender...
Yes, discrimination was everywhere, and today is a new era. Again, I applaud APA for showing the video of Young Saint.
Atlatlien did *not* saying anything about race or gender. I did. And I'll say it again, if need be. Pool has discriminated against women and blacks in America. I, for one, am glad to see it is changing.
My post most definitely is pool-related. It's not BS, as you put it. It's a fact.
"Right-Wingers" as you put it, is getting political. This is a thread about Erica's video, don't derail your own thread.
Did you mean you thought Brian's photo was funny and the video sad?

Man, what's up with you? Nobody can say those words without making a thread political?
The advancement of pocket billiards in America was thwarted because of right-wing-like thinking. Sorry, Pal, but that's the way it was. It was not limited to pool. There were other facets of our society that also were affected by this way of thinking.
Don't tell me what I can write and what I can't write. I don't particularly care for your usage of the acronym "BS" in this thread, but I didn't call you out on it. I happen to not think my post was "BS." You think it is. We are each entitled to our opinions, but you are not going to prohibit my freedom of speech on this forum when I am writing about pool. Gimme a break!
You get upset quickly. It's too early to banter about your BS, so I'm going get another cup of coffee.
Au contraire, my little forum friend. Seems like when you hear the word "right winger," you get your panties all in a bunch. You enjoy that cup of coffee, now, ya hear?
