In my opinion it's the one of the dumbest shows on T.V. ,the only ones worse are the Bachelor and Bachelorette gag city.
The judges on the Masked singer are so phony they act like idiots.
Yeah I watched 10 minutes of it once and done.

The show is for entertainment. I actually enjoy the show here in USA. I love Nick Cannon, who is the host of the American version. When Sarah Palin was unmasked, everyone was in shock because she was doing hip-hop songs:

My all-time favorite was Wayne Brady as The Fox. The Best!

I don't like political news commentary shows, but I do enjoy watching shows that lets me laugh and have a good time. To each their own.

And the fact that Stephen Hendry, which is really the point of this thread, was chosen on the British version speaks volumes as to how popular snooker is over there, where he is a recognized entity. If you put Efren Reyes or Earl Strickland or even Ronnie O'Sullivan on the American version of 'The Masked Singer," nobody would know who they are, except an extreme minority. And I'm sure they would fall under criticism by a minute amount of pool fans too. The word "buzzkill" comes to mind.

What a shame people can't enjoy a good laugh every now and then.

This thread is about a snooker champion being recognized mainstream television in Britain. I'd really hate to read what would be written if Efren Reyes showed up on "The Masked Singer" in USA.
