Stevie moore video interview

Thanks, I thought the interview was great and well done....and I learned about Witchball.:D

Stevie's life up until now at 37 yo could make a very good book and maybe even a movie. I can just see it. Stevie going around to the talk shows, sitting on the couch with his layed-back style, not like all the phonies you see on the couches now kissing the hosts a$$. He tells it like it is and it ain't bragging when you've done it. JMO. Johnnyt

great

Great interview, knowing stevie what you saw i what it is. the kid tells it like it is. all i can say is [ATTA-BOY]

That was a good interview. After watching it you really feel like you know him lol

Great interview and very informative.. Stevie also gives big props to Stan Shuffett, one of the best instructors in the country.. Probably the world IMHO!

I have been trying to get up with Stevie. Does anyone have a contact number for him? I was trying to get up with him before this friday.

When I moved to SC about 5 years ago, I went to a tournament and I saw this guy warming up and after about 5 minutes of watching, I thought, Damn, this guy can play. Of course it was Stevie. I had no idea who he was; never heard of him. But he controlled the cueball beautifully and played really smart patterns. And as a straight pool player, that's always something I admire.

Anyway, over the years, I've seen him at a number of tournaments. One thing that has always struck me is what an hororable man he is (He once called a double hit on a combination shot that I don't think anyone else knew happened that cost him a tounament.) and what a classy person he is. I have never seen the slightest histrionics from him, nor have I ever seen him gloat or give up; he plays ever shot, every match, hard. He's an absolute bulldog grinder. And on the occassions his mom comes to watch him play, he's always attentive and mindful of her. When we've talked, he is just as he is in that interview--he's just a really good guy.

Last time I saw him play, I noticed he'd made significant changes in his stance, body alignment and grip, but I didn't get a chance to ask him about it. That must be the work of Stan Shuffett. Stevie's perfectly in plane now. I hope it pays off big. I'd love to see him snag a big one like the US Open.

Good interview thanks for posting it. We met Stevie for the first time at this years Gem City and he is an absolute Gentelman, he even remembered our names and said hello the next day. I really hope he plays well at the US Open and would love to see him go on and maybe even win it.

I have a personal want for him to do well there, so that he either gets into the Mosconi Cup Team directly or via the Fan Vote. I think it would be really interesting to spend a few days in London with Stevie, we are already booked into the same Hotel as the players.

I liked him before, but after that interview, I like him even more. I'll be rooting for him when he plays. Thanks for posting the interview.

Thanks for posting, he is a nice guy. Someone I can pull for in the tournaments.

Thanks

That was a good interview. After watching it you really feel like you know him lol

I would like to just say thanks to all who have said they liked the interview. Also, this guy deserves to have as many people see his story as possible, because, like a lot of you, I think he is a very nice person. So comment as much as possible for Stevie's sake.
Jim
